MC1321x SiP and Development Tool

The MC1321x System in Package (SiP) integrates the MC9S08GT MCU with the MC1320x transceiver into a single 9×9mm LGA package. The MC13211 provides 16K Flash memory and 1K of RAM, providing the ideal low cost solution for point-to-point and star network applications.
