ISL6252/ISL6252A/ISL6256 Battery Charger Controllers

ISL6252, ISL6252A & ISL6256 are highly-integrated battery charger controllers for Li-Ion/Li-Ion polymer batteries, which use a synchronous buck topology to achieve high energy efficiency. The low side MOSFET emulates a diode at light loads to improve the light load efficiency and prevent system bus boosting. Current limit for the AC current adapter is programmable to within 3% accuracy to allow the system to make efficient use of available adapter power. Find out more

ISL9003A

Intersil’s ISL9003A is a high performance single low noise, high PSRR LDO that delivers a continuous 150mA of load current. It has a low standby current and is stable with 1μF of MLCC output capacitance with an ESR of up to 200mΩ. The ISL9003A has various fixed voltage options with ±1.8% output voltage accuracy over temperature, line and load. Find out more

ISL9007

ISL9007 is a high performance LDO that delivers a continuous 400mA of load current. It has a low standby current and high PSRR and is stable with output capacitance of 1µF to 10µF with an ESR of up to 200mΩ. When coupled with a no load quiescent current of 50µA (typical), and 1µA (max) shutdown current, the ISL9007 is an ideal choice for portable wireless equipment. Find out more
