IRS2092 Class D Audio

The IRS2092 is a high voltage, high performance Class D audio amplifier driver with an 800kHz maximum, self-oscillating PWM modulator and protection. IR’s proprietary noise isolation technology allows high current gate drive stages and high-speed, low noise error amplifiers reside on a small silicon die. IRF87xx HEXFET MOSFET

The IRF87xx range of electrical components incorporates the latest HEXFET Power MOSFET Silicon Technology into the industry standard SO-8 package. The 30V IRF87XX family has been optimized for parameters including Rds(on) and gate charge to reduce both conduction and switching losses. The reduced total losses make this product ideal for high efficiency DC-DC power converters. Low conduction losses improve full-load efficiency and thermal performance and low switching losses help to achieve high efficiency, even at light loads and can have a beneficial effect on a device’s reliability. DirectFET MOSFETs

IR’s DirectFET power package is a surface-mount power MOSFET packaging technology designed for efficient topside cooling in a SO-8 footprint. In combination with improved bottom-side cooling, the new package can be cooled on both sides to cut part count by up to 60%, and board space by as much as 50%. This effectively doubles current density (A/in²) at a lower total system cost. Find out more
