ADM1185 Power Supply Sequencer

This quad voltage monitor and sequencer from Analog Devices is designed for systems with multiple power supplies that require voltage rails to be powered up in a controlled manner.

 

IRF87xx HEXFET MOSFET

The 30V IRF87xx range from IR incorporates the latest HEXFET Power MOSFET technology into the industry standard SO-8 package and are optimized for Rds(on) and gate charge to reduce losses.
