High Performance Semikron IGBT Modules

IGBTs (insulated-gate bipolar transistors) have increased in popularity recently due to new highly energy efficient designs which offer considerable savings in power consumption.

SEMITRANS

SEMITRANS IGBT modules are available in half-bridge, sixpack or chopper topologies and allow easy parallel connection for even greater current handling. The SEMITRANS range features current handling of up to 520A. The modules are 17mm high, are built in a low inductance case and have the driver interface on the top of the module. Find out more

SEMiX

The SEMiX family of electronic components is designed to offer a higher level of safety for applications. The clamping and limiting of over-voltages is up to approximately 1250V. Compared to the former chip generation, the increased power density of the new SPT+ guarantees a SEMiX module with a 50% higher output current and a better price-performance ratio.

SEMiX is a flexible and application-oriented module with a power range of 15kW-150kW. The compatible case sizes of the 600V, 1200V and 1700V IGBT modules from 75A to 600A are available in half bridge, six pack and chopper topologies. Find out more
